Tell us about your operation and we will recommend a package, with a fixed-price quote.

After that, we set up your program and stay on for ongoing support when you need it. We quote package work at a fixed price.

Essential

The manual, the forms and the guide

A company safety manual written for your operation. The manual is licensed, not sold. Your company holds a licence to use it at its own worksites, and we keep the rights in the templates, structure, wording and frameworks it is built from.

With it come the core forms package, an implementation guide and one orientation session. Essential typically fits crews of 1–10 workers, and your questionnaire answers settle the final recommendation.

Certification-Ready

Essential, plus a gap analysis against COR or SAFE Companies

Everything in Essential, plus a safety program wellness check: a gap analysis against COR (WorkSafeBC’s Certificate of Recognition) or SAFE Companies (the BC Forest Safety Council’s forestry safety certification program). We recommend one of the two based on your industry and what your client contracts expect.

The wellness check produces two documents: a written deficiency report and a prioritized action list. Certification-Ready typically fits crews of 11–49 workers.

Management System

Certification-Ready, plus oversight and reporting

Everything in Certification-Ready, plus the management layer. The dashboards and reports show exceptions only: overdue action items, expired tickets, missed inspections and open incident follow-ups. If the dashboard is empty, nothing it tracks is overdue.

The package also includes training matrix oversight, an annual program review and ongoing advisory access. Management System typically fits crews of 50 or more workers.

Which Package Fits Your Crew

A size guide to the package that usually fits.

Use this as a rough guide. Your questionnaire answers settle the final recommendation.

1–10 workers

Typical package

Essential, for 1 to 10 Workers

Typical setup: paper and PDF forms, or Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 if you already use it.

11–49 workers

Typical package

Certification-Ready, for 11 to 49 Workers

Typical setup: in software, which we recommend at this size.

50+ workers

Typical package

Management System, for 50 or More Workers

Typical setup: dashboards and training matrix oversight.

Software or Paper

The intake questionnaire asks what software you already use, and your answer shapes the setup.

  • You already run software. We set up your safety program inside the system you have: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or SiteDocs. You grant us licensed admin access to your own account, and you keep ownership of your software and your data.
  • You have nothing yet. We start you on paper and PDF forms. You can move into software later without redoing the program.

Industry Packages

Forestry, construction and marine.

An industry package adds material for your industry to the program.

Our packages are for small and medium employers in British Columbia, including forestry, construction, remote and coastal operations, and Indigenous-community employers.

Forestry Package

  • Forestry-specific safe work procedures: manual falling, log hauling, roadside work and silviculture crews
  • Forestry hazard assessments and FLHA variants
  • Emergency response planning for remote and coastal sites, including check-in procedures for workers working alone or in isolation
  • SEBASE audit alignment

Construction and Marine

Construction and marine packages follow the same model as the forestry package.

The intake questionnaire asks about your industry, so we can recommend the right package for your work.

Add-Ons

Extra work, billed by the unit shown.

Add-ons cover work beyond your package. When we review your questionnaire, we can recommend add-ons along with the package.

Ongoing Services

Support that continues after setup, when you want it.

After setup, we offer four ongoing services: an annual program review, training matrix oversight, dashboard and report maintenance, and advisory support. Each is in addition to the manual licence. Management System already includes the annual program review, training matrix oversight and ongoing advisory access.

Annual Program Review

Once a year, we review the full program with you.

Training Matrix Oversight

We oversee your training matrix: the tickets each worker holds and when they expire, with follow-up when they come due.

Dashboard and Report Maintenance

We keep your exception dashboards and reports up to date.

Advisory Support

Ask us for advice after a serious incident or any contact from WorkSafeBC, and when you take on a new type of work or a new site.

How Pricing Works

What to know before you sign.

  • We quote package work at a fixed price after you complete the intake questionnaire.
  • We base the quote on the risk in your work, the number of workers and the state of your existing program.
  • Package work has no hourly rate. Each add-on has its own billing unit, shown in the add-ons list.
  • Ongoing services are separate from setup. If delivery is all you need, you can stop there.
  • This site shows no prices, because every quote depends on your operation.

A written program supports your compliance and your certification effort. It does not guarantee either. Our quote covers building the program and any ongoing services you choose. Results with regulators and auditors depend on how you operate the program, and operating it is your responsibility as the employer.

Ready for a Recommendation?

The intake questionnaire takes about ten minutes, and blanks are fine. We send back a recommended package with a fixed-price quote, and you are under no obligation.
